Numerous holidays across the UK, weekend breaks, family holidays. Frequent visits to South Shields where my grandparents lived

Turkey, Olu Deniz - Belcheiz Beach, our fav 2nd home. We went 10 times in total and was due to go again in Oct 2020, it was cancelled due to Covid. Nathan so wanted to go just one more time. They loved him there and treated him like a famous footballer.

We even had one of the young Turkish staff, Mehmet come and stay with us in the UK one Christmas and we've remained friends ever since. We had three honorary son's over the years, often referred to a son No 4's.....Mehmet, Ade and Oliver

We last visited in 2019 with our son Lewis and family and my sisters Penny and Alison.. We've made some good holiday friends, had amazing fun over the years and been along on friend holidays with three of our couple friends.... Irene and Dave, Pauline and Steve, Ivan and Marie. The week before Nathan went into hospital we did the club dance from our bed one morning and sang along to the Turkish words.

Barbados went twice....loved it there, laid back and beautiful. We had our last holiday there with 2 of our Son's, grandchildren, my sister and 2 of our nieces. A lovely huge villa for 2 weeks with our family.

Jamaica, it was so good to go and visit the island, Nathan so enjoyed every minute but sadly the extended family in Jamaica did not visit as planned due to work commitments. Nathan was gutted. Ryan our son came with us. All we could smell everywhere was the gorgeous smell of jerk chicken and our hotel smelt like a cannabis farm, which Nathan didn't complain about.

Antigua, we spent 11 glorious days in the Sandals resort for a friends wedding. It was our first time to the Caribbean and a luxury holiday. We never looked back.

Dominican Republic. great stay there and my sister Aly joined us for a week.

Croatia, it was okay

Menorca - our family honeymoon

Tenerife, we went there three times

Lanzarote, was more like Lanzagrotte.

Spain, we went to Barcelona

Paris

Florida, a family holiday with the boys to Disney that we saved up for years to go.

Ireland, lovely hire of a car and off on an adventure staying in several places.

Crete

Isle of Wight 3 times....our last holiday together was Sept 2020 to IOW and my sister Penny came with us. So glad that we got to go before the devastation hit.
